Our history
Nordic hangers has a long tradition of garment hangers. Turessons and Karner are well-known brands in the Nordic market since 1960. Sven Turesson and Franz Karner were both two entrepreneurs who developed the garment hanger market in Scandinavia during the past century.
Mainetti is the leading hangersupplier in the global market with a passion for hangers and design, the Mainetti brothers have been the leading innovators of the hangers in modern times. The Italian sense of style, quality and fit together with an unmatched technological competence is still a formula for success.
The Karner and Turesson companies were merged into nordic hangers in 2007 with tradition of hangers deeply rooted in both “Småland” and “Västergötland”.
Nordic hangers are working as an exclusive licensee partner to Mainetti in the Nordic and the Baltic market with a perfect balance of local and global presence. The combination provides an infinite range of products and service that extends several laps around the planet. Customer Service
Our customer support team is dedicated to assist you with orders, deliveries and queries about our products. Karl-Johan knows hangers by heart and is our transportation expert, Sussi knows all about our products and is specialized in our exclusive range , Henrik and Louise knows all about what Danish shops needs.

David and Lennart has their focus on bags and packaging for shops or ecobags but they are also experts on hangers. Per can find more hangerproducts than you thought possible. Our collections of hangers
We deliver hangers in every conceivable material. Our program includes wood, plastic and metal hangers, we also supply hangers covered in silk, velvet, rubber, and leather. To make life easier for our customers, we have divided our hanger in four different collections:
Economy hangers are hanger designed to meet your demands for cost-effective solutions for transport or presentation.
Trend hangers are hangers that enhance the presentation one step and give your garments a fresch and contemporary presentation.
Exclusive hangers is the collection for you who want to provide a unique appearance of your garments and meet the demands of your brand for distinguished presentation.
Tailormade hangers are unique hangers that we develop together with you to meet your requirements on exclusive presentation that your brand requires. Our tailor made hangers make your products and brand set itself above the others.

Our non-woven bags and covers
Our range of non-woven products are an infinity of tailor-made pouches, bags, gift wrapping, jacket covers, etc. They are designed primarily to strengthen your brand through additional value and exposure.
Non-woven bags provide minimal footprint on the environment from energy efficient manufacturing, multi-use at the same time as they are a cost effective way to expose your brand in a unique way. In our production we can quickly develop innovative ecofreindly alternatives to single use bags in e.g. plastics and paper.

Our quality
At nordic hangers and at Mainetti we work with continuous quality improvement programmes.
We measure our performance at all times to be able to sharpen our goals. We develop our organization, our production, our supply chain and we are working with innovative product development. Together with our suppliers, we continuously increase the knowledge of hangers with efficient logistics and a constantly updated product portfolio. Materials, finishes and design give new product concepts and with a controlled logistics we strive to provide service at the highest levels.
Nordic hangers are ISO 9001 certified.
Our environment
One of our measures to care for the environment is our work with hanger Re-Use systems. Our goal is to find solutions that turn disposable products to multiple use products through innovations in logistics and cooperation. We and our clients sleep well; -we want to impress the fashion world with minimal imprints on the planet.
nordic hangers take seriously on our responsibility and we constantly strive to reduce our impact on the environment. Most of the plastic we use in the manufacture of clothes hangers are recycled plastic. We have over the years developed a production process with our own technology for the handling of recycled materials that make us the leader in hangers of recycled plastic. Together with many of our clients, who often have their hangers supplied from other parts of the world, we have recovery systems to ensure that these hangers are used again and again. – If you want to know more, you are welcome to our plant in Lidköping or to talk to someone on our sales staff about our environmental work. We would very much like to look at a solution for you too.
Our social responsibility
Nordic hangers and Mainetti are working with our own factories around the world to ensure that those who make our products work under good conditions. Our factories are world class in terms of both work environment, social conditions and with concern for the global environment.
Naturally, we also work with external suppliers around the world and in this relationship we are careful with the conditions that these organizations hold. We ensure that working conditions meet fair standards at our key suppliers through our “Code of Conduct. With this code, we also work to continuously drive development forward for an even more sustainable business.
